Job Description

At Intelerad Medical Systems Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring that our software is properly configured and working effectively and efficiently at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and configure software to resolve customer cases.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage case queues and escalate technical issues when necessary.
  • Install and configure software to assist in customer deployments.
Requirements
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function at a high level during non-conventional work hours.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and learning new skill sets.
