Job Title: Customer Support Agent

At AutogenAI, we're revolutionizing bid and proposal writing with generative AI. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance on the AutogenAI platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert product support via email, live chat, and support tickets.
  • Categorize and prioritize customer inquiries to ensure efficient handling and assignment.
  • Document solutions and create resources to help customers self-serve.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, the Engineering team, and other departments to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing a seamless, friendly, and effective support experience.
  • Track and monitor issues to ensure timely resolutions and keep customers informed.
  • Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain high standards of service quality.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, startups, and the customer support landscape, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Technical skills in using support tools and platforms such as Asana, HubSpot, Slack, and ticketing systems.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a related field.
