The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in executing marketing and communication initiatives for the GN dispenser network. The focus is on maintaining compliance and accuracy of essential program data.Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and uphold compliance standards for all marketing materials.
- Oversee and manage key program participation documents (e.g., Co-Op, Podium only).
- Conduct regular audits of key program documents to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist the department with project organization and support as needed.
- Develop a process for compliance in approval documentation.
- Facilitate the review and approval processes for marketing materials.
- Collaborate with material creators to gather and organize necessary documentation.
- Route and track materials through the approval workflow.
- Process and archive materials within our systems.
- Maintain an asset library with current approved materials and archive outdated ones.
- Review marketing materials for renewal or obsolescence.
- Monitor key program participation data, including adding new locations and updating records as necessary.
- Test lead flow for online bookings and other campaigns to ensure proper functioning.
- Support the marketing team with event setup and breakdown as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with online systems.
