About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our executive team at Curriculum Associates. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the success of our executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars of 3-5 SVP and C-level executives, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel and booking expenses for executives, utilizing Concur and other systems as needed.
  • Track and process POs, invoices, and contracts in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with other administrative assistants to plan and execute cross-functional meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Prepare materials for team meetings, ad hoc team meetings, and special events, including PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting materials.
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Plan and execute special events, such as meetings, trainings, and celebrations, ensuring all details are well-managed and events run smoothly.
  • Provide backup support for day-to-day HR processes and related inquiries, including candidate and employee experience.
  • Support special projects and day-to-day team processes, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience providing administrative support to C-level executives.
  • Experience with expense reimbursement and travel booking systems, Concur a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Curriculum Associates offers a competitive salary range of $34.07/hour, with opportunities for bonus compensation.
