Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our team at Topgolf. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests, ensuring that all drinks are made to the highest standard.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar Area: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Ensure Responsible Beverage Service: Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Monitor Guest Needs: Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns, providing a high level of service at all times.
  • Prepare Garnishes and Set Up Service Areas: Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-stocked.
  • Adhere to Safety and Sanitation Standards: Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times, ensuring that all food and beverages are handled and prepared in a safe and healthy manner.
  • Handle Cash and Process Payments: Handle cash and process payments accurately, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.
Critical Skills and Experience Requirements
  • Proven Experience as a Bartender: Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Must be at Least the Legal Drinking Age: Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment, with a valid ID to verify age.
