In the role of Lead Financial Strategist at Penumbra, you will be instrumental in defining the organization's long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior management to evaluate operational expenditures and facilitate strategic decision-making
  • Support the Corporate Strategy team in forecasting and long-term planning
  • Generate financial reports, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor business trends
  • Collaborate with IT to deliver real-time business insights
  • Establish financial reporting protocols and assist the Accounting team during financial close
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to executives on strategic projects
  • Lead team initiatives and cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Background in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or rapidly growing companies
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and similar tools
  • Familiarity with Anaplan, Tableau, Workiva, and SAP ERP is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proven leadership capabilities
Work Environment

This position is based in a general office setting with some travel required. There may be potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks and work on a computer for extended periods.

Compensation
$120,000 - $160,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and equity program.
