We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Operations and Quality Finance department at our headquarters in Alameda, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of financial planning and analysis activities to support our Global Quality Assurance and Compliance area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and validate journal entries, including interaction with Genpact and Corporate Financial Services teams
  • Actuals reporting and analysis of actual vs forecast
  • Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled as per agreed timings, explaining balance sheet fluctuations and review resulting analysis with the Assistant Controller at least quarterly
  • Perform forecasting and analysis function for operating expenses, capital, and project expenses, and balance sheet for Global Quality Assurance and Compliance area
  • Manage assets of Global Quality Assurance and Compliance area based in Alameda, including assets settlement and periodic asset verification
  • Ensure adequate internal controls are followed
  • Manage liaison relationship with Global Quality Assurance and Compliance area, providing guidance and support in finance-related matters for proper forecasting and business support
  • Participate in ad hoc/periodic meetings and projects from Global Quality Assurance and Compliance
  • Establish, develop, and implement appropriate processes and procedures to ensure that the financial planning process provides for efficient and effective decision support tools for senior management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in finance, accounting, or economics)
  • 3-5 years financial analysis/FP&A experience
  • Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and systems
  • Knowledge of the principles, processes, and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial data to make recommendations and problem-solve
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree/MBA preferred
  • Experience with SAP, Hyperion EssBase, and Power BI
