Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external staffing needs to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assign clients to suitable clinicians based on their requirements and schedules.
  • Utilize cloud-based scheduling software to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of on-call and backup staff to secure last-minute coverage.
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding updates or changes to their schedules.
  • Collaborate with managers and clients to inform them of any schedule or staffing changes.
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and management of new staff members.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized with attention to detail and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer programs is necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects is essential for success in this role.
