Job Title: Clinician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at Pace Community Action Agency. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing quality healthcare services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others and be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive healthcare services to clients
* Work closely with management to ensure medical standards are met
* Coordinate, plan, and manage staff
* Oversee day-to-day operations of specific sites
* Ensure proper accountability consistent with performance standards and company policies

Requirements:

* Current Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant license and certification in the State of Indiana
* Experience in Public Health and/or Women's Health preferred
* Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
* Ability to cooperate successfully as a member of a team
* Possess good organizational skills, with sensitivity to details
* Knowledge of computer operations and possess skills preferably with MS Office

Additional Requirements:

* Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle with required liability insurance for use in business-related travel
* Must ensure efficient operations and present a professional image in conduct, attitude, and attire
* Must be philosophically compatible with the mission of Pace
* State criminal history check

Physical/Mental Demands:

* Requires sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and reaching with manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines
* May require lifting up to 40 pounds
* Requires normal range of hearing and vision

Working Conditions:

* Must be able to handle diverse work problems on a daily basis
* Requires ability to set priorities and work schedule yet adjust to changes necessitated by last-minute assignments and deadline requests
* Consistent pleasant attitude is necessary with personal maturity as an important attribute
