Healthcare Support Specialist

Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Amada Senior Care, you will provide essential support to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide assistance with walking, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary
- Engage clients in meaningful activities, provide conversation and emotional support, and encourage participation in hobbies or social interactions
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Certified Nursing Assistant with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
