Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on infrastructure assets, including roads, bridges, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance and repair processes and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in infrastructure maintenance and repair preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • CDL, DOT certifications, and electrical and welding certifications highly desirable.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to traffic and outside weather conditions. The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces is essential. The noise level in the work environment can be moderate to high.
