Surgical Pathologist Specialist

The Department of Pathology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine seeks experienced surgical pathologists with subspecialty training in Genitourinary, GI and Liver, Gynecologic, Bone and Soft Tissue, or Pediatric/Perinatal Pathology to join our team at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC.

**Key Responsibilities:**
As part of our subspecialty-focused surgical pathology division, you will collaborate with clinicians and researchers to provide advanced diagnostic care while supporting cutting-edge research initiatives. You will also play a vital role in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- An MD or DO degree with certification by the American Board of Pathology (ABP) in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP).
- Demonstrated scholarly achievements, including teaching experience and a robust publication record.
- Eligibility for or possession of a current North Carolina medical license.
- Fellowship training in one or more of the specified subspecialties is highly preferred.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
