Your Responsibilities: As a Business Operations Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administrative support to the operations team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for employees and executives.
  • Preparing and distributing meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of general administrative experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
