Dawson is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Commercial Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for document control, including correspondence with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field associates. They will also assist in managing projects and developing estimates.

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary range of up to $75,000 (DOE). The role involves working Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, in Westerville, Ohio.

  • Strict adherence to company safety practices and procedures

  • Subcontractor and superintendent coordination
  • Travel to job sites as required by AM and/or superintendents

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1-2 years of experience in commercial construction, an associate degree or higher in a construction or engineering-related field, strong computer and smartphone skills, especially in Microsoft Office, and the ability to react quickly to customer and superintendent requests.
