MEP Superintendent

As a highly skilled MEP Superintendent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of commercial building projects. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project schedules, managing on-site tradesmen, and promoting a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and regularly updating project schedules and associated reporting
• Effective management and leadership of all on-site tradesmen
• Ensuring a safe work environment and safe work practices for all trade contractors and the overall construction site

Requirements for this role include:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• HVAC Geothermal Experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Proficiency in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric
• Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results
• Strong leadership qualities
