Customer Experience Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our integrated strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer experience strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute customer experience strategies that align with business objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience initiatives
* Conduct customer research and analysis to inform strategy development
* Develop and maintain customer journey maps and personas
* Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize customer experience improvement opportunities
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in customer experience strategy or a related field
* Strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
