Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a School Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' behavioral needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Implement ABA Therapy Programs: Implement and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development in a school environment.
  • Provide Direct Supervision: Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and other staff members to ensure the fidelity of ABA interventions.
  • Collaborate with Students and Families: Collaborate with students, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices in behavior analysis.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Credential: Possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Master's Degree: Hold a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy and supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of ABA Principles: Possess strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Data Collection: Possess proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
