- Document all sessions thoroughly and accurately.
- Collect and maintain clinical data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement ABA therapy in both individual and group settings.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss interventions professionally.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the treatment team.
Work Environment: This role involves working in both clinic and home settings, which may require travel. Technicians must maintain personal vehicle insurance and be prepared for varying weather conditions.
