Position Overview:

Are you pursuing a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and preparing for the BCBA certification?

We are seeking a dedicated Apprentice to join our team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
  • Mandatory: Current RBT Certification.
  • Mandatory: Dependable transportation.
  • Preferred: Active BCaBA Certification.
  • Preferred: Completion of at least 75% of BACB Supervision requirements.
  • Fulfillment of all educational prerequisites for BACB Certification.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a group of learners.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients on assigned BCBAs' caseloads.
  • Support BCBAs by providing training to staff and caregivers.
  • Assist BCBAs with client communication and data analysis.
  • Research relevant literature pertaining to client programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by other team members.
