We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at SSM Health. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills for potential admission, including telehealth assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for patients, providing psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment goals and participate in patient care conferences.
- Provide documentation of patient information, referrals, contacts, and supportive services provided.
- Complete necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations.
- Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
- Perform discharge planning and other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
- No experience required.
- State-specific licensure and certifications as required (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, LBP, LCSW, LPC).
