We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant, manage a team of 25+, and ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Labor Management: Schedule and manage FOH staff, review BOH schedules for labor budget, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, holding staff accountable for their positions and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure guest safety, cleanliness, and satisfaction through effective food and drink preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Financial Management: Manage a labor budget, control food and beverage costs, and maintain a high level of profitability.
  • Technology: Familiarize yourself with our Aloha POS system and ensure its effective use in daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous management role for more than 12 months, with a proven track record of success in restaurant operations.
