About the Role

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth distribution of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and schedule loads from selected locations to dealers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide load sheets to outside warehouses and communicate with truckers to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Schedule loads and input data into our system, assisting with return mailers and making shipping comment and code changes as needed.
  • Print shipping orders for selected locations daily and distribute information to warehouses.
  • Update returned shipping orders and communicate with offices regarding load changes.
  • Handle distribution phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Print shipping orders for dealer or DM pickups at selected warehouses.
  • Send shipment setup analysis reports to dealers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • AS/400 knowledge.
  • Word processing and spreadsheet skills.
  • 10-key calculator proficiency.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
