Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient data, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide education and support to patients on health and wellness, disease management, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient needs, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or equivalent military experience.
  • Interim Medical Assistant Certificate (Washington) or Medical Assistant Certificate (Washington) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
