**Job Summary**
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing dealer accounts, recruiting new dealerships, and implementing Stine's sales programs and policies within your assigned territory. You will work closely with our Regional Sales Agronomist to provide top-notch sales support and drive sales growth.
**Responsibilities**
* Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within your assigned territory
* Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
* Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals
* Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and drive sales growth
**Requirements**
* 3+ years of experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
* Proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet established goals
