About the Role

As the Director of Operations - Hub Ops at Kinetic Corporation, you will lead and manage all aspects of our ADAS calibration operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing operations within the automotive ADAS or collision industry. You will champion a customer-centric approach, proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs and delivering exceptional service to drive customer success. Through your leadership and strategic guidance, you will play a key role in advancing our mission of revolutionizing automotive technology and enhancing vehicle safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of calibration technicians. Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to foster their professional development and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Operational Oversight: Lead and manage all aspects of ADAS calibration operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Ensure that calibration processes are efficient, standardized, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Customer Focused: Ensure that ADAS calibration operations are customer-centric and focused on delivering value to clients. Proactively engage with customers to understand their specific calibration needs, challenges, and expectations. Develop strong relationships with key clients and act as their primary point of contact for all calibration-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards and procedures for ADAS calibration. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of calibration results and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve ADAS calibration processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and optimize resource utilization. Implement tools and technologies to automate and streamline calibration workflows where possible.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of ADAS calibration activities with overall business objectives. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on calibration operations and address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in automotive, with a focus on ADAS calibration or collision industry experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ADAS calibration processes and procedures.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing calibration operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies.
