Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fantastic customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct routine bank teller transactions, including cash handling and account maintenance.
- Assist customers with a variety of account opening needs and direct them to the right Consumer Lending products.
- Become a banking product expert who advises customers on what they need to enhance their financial lives.
- Learn the importance of regulatory compliance through easy, online learning.
- Learn and perform other operational duties within the store.
Requirements
- High School diploma / GED.
- Prior customer service or cash handling experience is helpful, but not required.
- You enjoy providing excellent customer service and have strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- You possess an aptitude for numbers and good basic computer skills.
- You like being accurate and paying attention to details, and prioritizing tasks to stay organized is important to you.
- You appreciate the importance of maintaining confidential customer and bank information in a responsible and secure manner.
