Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree required and relevant legal education (accredited paralegal certificate) preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years of corporate paralegal experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industry.
  3. Resourceful self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and excellent at developing and maintaining strong rapport with a range of stakeholders.
  4. Growth mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to pivot as needed to support business and legal teams.
  5. Keen attention to detail, solid judgment, strong organizational skills, and outstanding time management abilities.
  6. Excellent research, writing, and proofreading skills.
  7. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 per year. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in Cambridge, MA.
