As a Community Engagement Coordinator – Multifamily with Hines, you will be essential in delivering a 5-star resident and guest service experience in every interaction at our community.
Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you provide timely responses and showcase your extensive knowledge of local entertainment and dining options.
Your deep understanding of local businesses will be crucial to your success.Reporting to the Property Manager and collaborating closely with the on-site Marketing Manager and the Hines Community Manager, the Community Engagement Coordinator is insightful, helpful, and recognizes the importance of excellent service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leading by example and embodying the standards and behaviors aligned with the core values and culture of the community.
Fostering brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive.
Warmly welcoming all residents, prospective residents, guests, and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
Maintaining courteous communication with owners, residents, their guests, and vendors.
Acting as a primary point of contact for all residents and guests.
Providing dedicated concierge services for premium units as directed by management.
Assisting in ensuring a smooth resident move-in experience.
Supporting the organization and execution of resident and community events.
Upholding pride in the property's maintenance and appearance by ensuring common areas are tidy and well-kept.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:
A High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Four or more years of experience in hospitality, property management, or a service-oriented industry.
Concierge experience is preferred.
Familiarity with Entrata is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
A pleasant phone demeanor.
A thorough understanding of local attractions and destinations.
