Your Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Envision Hospice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary range of $32-$35 per hour, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, short-term disability, health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and pet insurance.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state-approved nursing school
- Licensed as a LPN in the State of Washington
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting; home care or hospice experience preferred
