Caregiver Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver Team Lead to join our team at Comfort Keepers. As a key member of our Independent Living Community, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the admission process for new residents, including completion of necessary paperwork.
- Conduct initial assessments and interviews with new residents and their families.
- Coordinate and manage the care schedules of residents within the community.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families to address their care needs.
- Create and maintain various forms and records for each resident's care plan.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with state regulations.
Requirements:
- HCA or CNA certification in the state of Washington.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Compassion and dedication to providing high-quality care to residents.
