Caregiver Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver Coordinator to join our team at Comfort Keepers. As a key member of our Independent Living Community, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless care coordination for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resident care schedules and ensure effective communication with caregivers and staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and phone calls.
- Collaborate with other staff members to streamline administrative processes.
- Supervise and train caregivers as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent situations within the community.
Requirements:
- HCA or CNA certification in the state of Washington.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
