Job Title: Caregiver Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver Coordinator to join our team at Comfort Keepers. As a key member of our Independent Living Community, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless care coordination for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resident care schedules and ensure effective communication with caregivers and staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to streamline administrative processes.
  • Supervise and train caregivers as needed.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent situations within the community.

Requirements:

  • HCA or CNA certification in the state of Washington.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
