Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, increase sales by expanding shelf space, and maximize product shelf life by properly rotating products.

Responsibilities

• Check your vehicle daily and keep accurate records
• Report maintenance issues and fill out daily driver's logs, time logs, and hours of service
• Work varying workdays and early morning start times, generally around 3:00am
• Service accounts during customer-designated service windows and may need to work non-traditional business hours

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
• Must have a valid state driver's license and documented safe driving record
• Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
• Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV
• Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company-paid training)
• Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
