Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our Coffee Service team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a company vehicle to sell and deliver products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Solicit existing customers to purchase additional products and services.
  • Collect payment from customers and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels, ensuring that customers have the products they need.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • One year of relevant customer sales and service experience.
  • Route sales and cold calling experience in a DSD environment preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required for certain work locations.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • DOT medical certification required.
