Flowers Foods, Inc. is a leading producer of packaged bakery goods in the United States, with a commitment to innovation and a recipe for success. We're seeking a highly motivated Route Sales Representative to join our team in San Diego.

As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products to our customers. You will work closely with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction, using data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive growth. This role requires flexibility to work varying workdays and early morning start times, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and deliver fresh baked products to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Use data and marketing plans to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record. You will also need to be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
