Fleeting Server

We're seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Fleeting Server. As a representative of HYATT Hotels, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, creating a memorable dining experience, and upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.

• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Menu Knowledge: Ensure thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials to provide informed recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
• Order Management: Take accurate orders, input them into the point-of-sale system, and retrieve and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Service Standards: Maintain a clean and well-stocked serving station, anticipate guest needs, and offer suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Cash Handling: Process cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
• Event Support: Set tables according to event type and service standards, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and ensure adherence to quality expectations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, maintain a positive attitude, and provide exceptional support to guests and team members alike.
