We're seeking a skilled Server to join our team at HYATT Hotels. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Menu Knowledge: Ensure knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Order Taking: Take accurate and efficient food and beverage orders, inputting them into our point-of-sale system.
  • Food and Beverage Delivery: Retrieve and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service, anticipating their needs and offering suggestions.
  • Alcoholic Beverage Service: Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
  • Serving Station Maintenance: Ensure the serving station is well-stocked and organized at all times.
  • Communication: Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
  • Closing Duties: Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, and ensuring the dining area is clean and tidy.
