Responsabilidades:

  • Proporcionar paquetes de informes mensuales/trimestrales a los socios comerciales, incluyendo análisis de variaciones de P&L entre los resultados reales y el presupuesto, así como informes detallados de las actividades del mes y ofrecer información a la dirección.
  • Colaborar con colegas operativos en proyectos especiales y apoyo en la toma de decisiones.
  • Demostrar experiencia financiera y/o analítica al revisar análisis de variaciones o la interpretación de datos de resultados.
  • Realizar análisis de causa raíz y descubrir problemas fundamentales mediante la extracción/minería de datos.
  • Desarrollar modelos financieros a través de análisis de referencia y procesos.
  • Realizar investigaciones exhaustivas de datos financieros y operativos históricos.
  • Coordinar con el Controlador Regional y los Presidentes de División en la planificación financiera a largo plazo.
  • Participar en la planificación operativa anual (para departamentos y proyectos).
  • Revisar transacciones contables para asegurar la precisión de los datos.
  • Mantener la confidencialidad de la información financiera y las decisiones de inversión.
  • Apoyar el proceso de cierre mensual y anual.
  • Conocimiento general de contabilidad y sistemas de bases de datos.

Experiencia y Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia comprobada como Lead Financial Strategist, Financial Analyst o en un rol similar.
  • Experiencia práctica con software financiero, operativo y estadístico.
  • Dominio de MS Excel (fórmulas avanzadas, Power Pivot/Query, etc.).
  • Familiaridad con bases de datos financieras.
  • Comprensión de sistemas de Planificación de Recursos Empresariales (ERP).
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas.
  • Capacidad para presentar datos financieros utilizando informes y gráficos detallados.
  • Habilidades demostrables de pensamiento estratégico.
  • Confidencialidad en el manejo de información financiera sensible.
  • Entorno de múltiples entidades.
  • Experiencia en Workday Adaptive, Domo, Tableau es un plus.
  • Posibilidad de viajes ocasionales.

Educación:

  • Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad o Economía.
  • Certificación relevante (por ejemplo, CFA/CPA/CMA) es un plus.

Demandas Físicas:

  • Ocasionalmente levantar y/o mover objetos de hasta 20 lbs.
  • Ocasionalmente requerido para estar de pie, caminar, agacharse, arrodillarse, encorvarse o gatear.
  • Requerido para sentarse y escalar o equilibrarse.
  • Las habilidades visuales específicas requeridas para este trabajo incluyen visión cercana, visión a distancia, visión de color, visión periférica, percepción de profundidad y capacidad para ajustar y enfocar.
