Position Summary


The Account Manager (AM) will play a crucial role in identifying and referring qualified families to our Structured Family Care (SFC) program. This will involve sales, marketing, and outreach activities in a defined territory, working closely with growth leadership and Marketing to promote our SFC program.


Key Responsibilities


Meet/Exceed Qualified Lead and Activation Goals


The Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships with payers, community organizations, federally qualified healthcare facilities, local hospitals, clinics, senior living facilities, and other healthcare organizations to meet/exceed qualified lead and sales goals.


Prospect Medicaid Eligible Individuals


The Account Manager will prospect Medicaid eligible individuals who have a caregiver, typically through qualified referral sources such as Area Agencies for Aging (AAAs), Care Management Agencies (CMA), Community Health Centers, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), and other healthcare organizations.


Document Sales Activities and Generate Weekly Territory Reports


The Account Manager will document all sales activities in a CRM with detail, accuracy, and timeliness, generate weekly territory reports, and leverage sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and drive prioritization.


Lead Projects in Support of Business Development and Community Partnerships


The Account Manager will lead projects in support of business development and community partnerships, such as managed care, Medicaid expedited eligibility outreach, PACE, and other initiatives.


Requirements


4-6 Years of Relevant Experience in Sales or Marketing


The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a healthcare or payer environment, with experience working with Medicaid or Dual Eligible population strongly desired.


Excellent Presentation Skills and Strong Business Acumen


The Account Manager will possess excellent presentation skills, strong business acumen, and great relationship building skills, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.


Experience Working within a CRM and Proficient in Microsoft Office


The Account Manager will have experience working within a CRM, preferably Salesforce, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a valid driver's license required for extensive travel within assigned geographic area.
