Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our installation projects and manage day-to-day operations. This role involves overseeing installations, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Installation Oversight: Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and meet design specifications.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage interactions with homeowners, crew members, subcontractors, and builders to ensure expectations are met and customers receive a great experience.
  3. Product Development: Contribute to ongoing product improvement and innovation by understanding the mechanical, hardware, and software engineering of our system.
  4. Residential Construction Expertise: Stay up-to-date on residential construction requirements and work with inspectors in building and fire departments as needed.
  5. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment among team members, driving success and encouraging teamwork.
  6. Mentorship: Evaluate and provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve their expertise and project performance.
  7. Operations Support: Assist with recruiting, training, and supervising foremen and crew members, as well as managing material procurement and tracking.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with empathy in working with customers, accounts, and teammates.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willing to work remotely, travel to customers throughout California, and work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Slack.
  • Vehicle and Home Internet Requirements: Must possess a vehicle and valid driver's license to drive to and from job site locations, and have home internet broadband access.
