Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management
    • Receive and verify customer orders for accuracy and completeness
    • Enter orders into our WHS system (Movex) and verify quantities, pricing, and other details
    • Pass orders on to production for scheduling and ensure timely delivery
    • Maintain customer requested delivery dates and communicate with customers regarding order status
  • Customer Communication
    • Confirm orders, prices, and availability with customers
    • Follow up on orders through various channels to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Inform customers of delays, partial shipments, and other order-related issues
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Keep price authorization books up-to-date and ensure system prices match authorization
    • Maintain customer information files and ensure accurate recording of new customer information
    • Advising internal stakeholders of customer particulars and executing related tasks
  • Complaint Resolution
    • Initiate internal and external complaints through our Capa system
    • Issue RTIs and credit/debit notes as necessary
    • Update customers on complaint resolution and ensure timely closure
Requirements
  • Education
    • Partial college or equivalent education
  • Experience
    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role
  • Skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under pressure
    • Well-organized, energetic, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Language

This role requires proficiency in English as the primary language of communication.
