Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting evidence-based practice in all patient encounters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with all clinical services available at our clinics
  • Perform point of care testing and care coordination
  • Document patient care and medication administration
  • Collaborate with Minute Clinic Nurse Practitioners to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • LPN/LVN License must be full, active and unrestricted in the State for which you are applying
  • Experience with documentation of care, medication administration, and infection control precautions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room
  • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system such as Epic
  • Previous phlebotomy experience
