About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Owner to join our Global Technology team at Prudential. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our Contract/Policy Domain platform, supporting servicing use cases across Annuities and Life products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the SAE/CPO of Contract/Policy Domain to set clear product vision and ensure alignment of product features with Agile Epics, Features, and Stories.
  • Collaborate with the team Tech Lead and the platform System Architect to deliver solutions that are modular, reusable, and technology forward.
  • Establish and lead multiple teams across the Domain Journey to build skill sets, enhance collaboration on development, and optimize compensation capabilities for speed to market and operational efficiency.
  • Review, provide feedback, and approve all work completed by the team before that work gets released to our business partners.
Requirements
  • 5 - 10 years of industry experience with strong expertise in life insurance & annuity product development and servicing.
  • Direct experience actively using the Agile SDLC.
  • Proficient with Jira or equivalent tools.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex business feature support and assistance in making technical decisions.
  • Active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team's potential.
