Medical Device Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Device Coordinator to join our team at huMannity Medtec. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of medical devices from production to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work Order Fulfillment - Kitting:
    • Collect and prepare all required supporting documents, including Assembly Procedures, Traveler, Bill of Materials, and Drawings.
    • Verify that all documents are in the current revisions.
    • Kit parts according to Work Order requirements, ensuring all necessary components are included.
    • Accurately input all required information in Bills of Materials and Travelers.
    • Verify the accuracy of all entered data and kitted parts.
  • Document Handling:
    • Review, organize, and file completed Device History Records as per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Supply Chain Team Support:
    • Assist the Supply Chain team with shipping/receiving, material planning, purchasing, item master management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • CAPA Assistance:
    • Assist with Corrective Action and Preventive Action activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in materials management or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as Medical Devices, is preferred.
  • Experience in handling of electronic components/materials is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Prior experience with kitting in a GMP environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in following work instructions and maintaining traceability is essential.
