Job Summary:

Umbra Lab is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our Space Systems team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating material flow, and supporting operational needs across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and issue raw materials, parts, and hardware to support shop operations.
  • Assemble and verify kits of parts and materials as required.
  • Monitor shelf-life and maintain appropriate rotation of stock.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Inspect all incoming materials for conformity with accompanying paperwork.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in inventory control.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
