We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our people and culture initiatives. As our Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Manage performance management systems to promote employee development and accountability.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding workers' compensation and other HR-related matters.
- Utilize HRIS platforms for efficient data management and reporting.
- Lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills in interviewing, conflict management, and performance evaluation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms and employee engagement surveys.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on people management and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and performance management best practices.
- Familiarity with various HRIS systems, including Paylocity, ADP, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Kronos.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit talent across various levels within the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
