Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Manage performance management systems to promote employee development and accountability.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding workers' compensation and other HR-related matters.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills in interviewing, conflict management, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms and employee engagement surveys.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on people management and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and performance management best practices.
  • Familiarity with various HRIS systems, including Paylocity, ADP, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Kronos.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit talent across various levels within the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
