Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive Director at Procare HR's Abingdon Campus, you will oversee the daily operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include establishing a clear vision and strategic direction, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and enhancing the facility's reputation through community engagement and relationship-building.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Virginia Assisted Living Administrator License or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, have management experience, and a minimum of 3 years experience in long-term care. A high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor's degree and VA Medication Certification Course are preferred.
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess strong budgeting and financial management skills, as well as marketing and public relations expertise. You will also need to be an effective leader and team developer, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will need to be physically capable of assisting residents and managing emergencies, with a strong customer service focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
