We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Technician to join our team. As a Mental Health Technician, you will be responsible for observing patients' behavior, mental status, and activities, and reporting any changes or unusual occurrences to the Registered Nurse (RN). You will also perform and record patient vital signs and notify the RN of any changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and report on patients' behavior, mental status, and activities
- Perform and record patient vital signs
- Notify the RN of any changes or unusual occurrences
- Demonstrate ability to identify behaviors requiring intervention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 1+ year experience in healthcare setting
