We are seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Counterintelligence Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting all-source analysis of Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) in the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR), analyzing FIE tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and conducting network analysis of FIE targets in the USINDOPACOM AOR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts All-Source Analysis: Conducts all-source analysis of FIE in the USINDOPACOM AOR; analyzes FIE TTPs/intentions; conducts network analysis of FIE targets in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
  • Collaborates with Stakeholders: Works closely with case officers, agents, analysts, and operations support analysts from DOD and national CI organizations to coordinate and deconflict issues, analyze the effectiveness of operations, and provide assistance and guidance towards progress of the case/operation.
  • Drives Enhanced Collection: Drives enhanced collection against CI targets through development of collection requirements, providing feedback and evaluations to collectors.
  • Participates in Working Groups: Participates in working groups to facilitate CI activities across DOD CI elements, foreign partners, and allies.
  • Produces Intelligence Assessments: Produces written intelligence assessments and builds/delivers intelligence information briefings to inform USINDOPACOM Staff, component organizations, and sub-unified commands; foreign allies and partners; and other DoD and national consumers of CI topics of interest.
Requirements
  • Eight Years' Experience: Eight years' experience as an All-Source Analyst.
  • Education: BA/BS desired.
Desired Qualifications
  • All-Source Analytic Training: All-source analytic training - 35F, 350F, IFPC, PACE, DISAP, CDASA, etc.
  • Proficiency in Intelligence Tools: Proficient with DataXplorer, Proton, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, HOT-R, Analyst Notebook, FADE, MIST, and other intelligence and network analysis tools.
  • Prior Experience: Prior CCMD J2X experience highly desired. Prior experience supporting FIE Analysis/Operations highly desired.
  • Familiarity with CI Operations: Familiarity with the range of CI operations (Defensive and Offensive).
Security Clearance
  • Top-Secret Clearance: Must possess an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • CI Polygraph: Will be required to obtain a CI Polygraph.
