Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including electronic and hard copy filing, record keeping, and answering phone calls.
    • Receive and sort mail, and perform other general office tasks as needed.
  • Financial Operations:
    • Assist with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
    • Perform general bookkeeping functions, including data entry and financial reporting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is required.
    • Experience with NetSuite is preferred, but willingness to train and learn is acceptable.
  • Requirements:
    • Prior accounting and bookkeeping experience is required.
    • Must be detail-oriented, an excellent note-taker and listener, highly organized, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
