Resorts World Catskills is seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a Night Auditor Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, assisting the front office, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures to ensure accurate guest information.
  • Responsible for cash balancing and credit card processing to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Perform audit procedures as set forth by the hotel/casino on a nightly basis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Initiate the generation of and coordinate the distribution of various hotel system reports to inform management decisions.
  • Notify management of potential discrepancies and assist with research and resolution of problems.
  • Oversee close day functions in the front office to ensure all rooms are checked in and payments are secured.
  • Assist guests and other departments during the audit shift in the capacity of manager on duty.
  • Resolve guest complaints/concerns quickly and efficiently to maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities to inform financial decisions.
  • Ability to operate front office equipment and software systems to maintain efficiency.
  • Complete end-of-day tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests to maintain a positive reputation.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
  • Ability to remain organized in a pressure situation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to accurately record information and have an eye for detail to maintain financial accuracy.

**Education and Certifications:**

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the New York State Gaming Commission.
